Competition Details<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"ul-dot\">\n<li><strong>Name of Tournament:<\/strong> INTERNATIONAL YOUTH BASKETBALL CHAMPIONSHIPS 2026 (IYBC 2026)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Venue:<\/strong> Ruamrudee International School (Minburi Campus)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Date:<\/strong> July 24 \u2013 28, 2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Age Division:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"ul-dot\">\n<li>12 and under (Born in 2013 or later) Boys<\/li>\n<li>14 and under (Born in 2011 or later) Boys &amp; Girls<\/li>\n<li>16 and under (Born in 2009 or later) Boys &amp; Girls<\/li>\n<li>18 and under (Born in 2007 or later) Boys &amp; Girls<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul class=\"ul-dot\">\n<li><strong>Non-refundable Registration fee:<\/strong> USD 950 \/ team \/ age division (with no deduction of any bank charges)<\/li>\n<li><strong>Due date:<\/strong> APRIL 15, 2026<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>A. RULES<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"ul-dot\">\n<li>The competition shall be conducted in accordance with the regulations set forth by the International Basketball Federation (FIBA).<\/li>\n<li>Technical problems shall be resolved according to the \u201cFIBA Official Basketball Rules 2022\u201d.<\/li>\n<li>In case of dispute in the interpretation of the rules, the English text shall prevail.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>B. ELIGIBILITY<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"ul-dot\">\n<li>ALL players must bring their Identification Card (ID) for Thais or Passport for Foreigners to every game.<\/li>\n<li>The tournament is not open to players who are not registered.<\/li>\n<li>Players must adhere to the age limit based on respective divisions.<\/li>\n<li>Each player is required to participate in ONE team only in his\/her own age division.<\/li>\n<li>Players may compete in their own age division and are eligible to participate in one additional older age division provided they compete under the same team name and league.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>C. PLAYER \/ TEAM DISQUALIFICATION<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"ul-dot\">\n<li>All players and officials are responsible for ensuring eligibility.<\/li>\n<li>If found ineligible before the tournament, the player will be barred and the team may continue.<\/li>\n<li>If found ineligible after the tournament starts, the team will be disqualified and all games discarded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>D. PARTICIPATION<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"ul-dot\">\n<li>Each player may participate in only one team.<\/li>\n<li>Each team consists of a maximum of 16 persons (team officials and 12 players).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>E. TEAM BENCH<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"ul-dot\">\n<li>Sixteen seats must be available at each team bench.<\/li>\n<li>Other persons must remain at least 2 meters behind the bench.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>F. REFEREES<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"ul-dot\">\n<li>All referees must be approved by BSAT and hold a valid FIBA or BSAT license.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>G. TECHNICAL ORGANIZATION<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"ul-dot\">\n<li>The technical chairman will oversee the technical organization of the tournament.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>I. SYSTEM OF COMPETITION<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"ul-dot\">\n<li>Teams must confirm the final 12-player lineup at least 1 hour before game time.<\/li>\n<li>The tournament will follow a round-robin format.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Playing Time and Overtime:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ul>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ul class=\"ul-square\">\n<li>4 quarters of 10 minutes.<\/li>\n<li>2-minute intervals and 5-minute half-time.<\/li>\n<li>Overtime periods of 5 minutes if tied.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li><strong>Pool Play Tie Breaker:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol>\n<li style=\"list-style-type: none;\">\n<ol class=\"ol-alpha\" style=\"list-style-type: lower-alpha;\">\n<li>Head-to-head result.<\/li>\n<li>Point differential (maximum advantage 15 points).<\/li>\n<li>Reapply head-to-head if still tied.<\/li>\n<li>Recalculate if more than two teams remain tied.<\/li>\n<li>Forfeit score is 20 points.<\/li>\n<li>Championship determined by total wins.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h3>K. UNIFORMS<\/h3>\n<ul class=\"ul-dot\">\n<li>Jerseys must display numbers on front and back (0\u201399).<\/li>\n<li>Two sets of jerseys required (light and dark).<\/li>\n<li>Socks must be uniform in dominant color.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>2. Equipment<\/h2>\n<p>Official game balls: Molten B6G4550 (U12) and B7G4550 (U14\u2013U18).<\/p>\n<h2>3. Opening &amp; Closing Ceremony<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"ul-dot\">\n<li>Teams must dress uniformly.<\/li>\n<li>At least 8 players per team must attend.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>4. Mini-League Concept<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"ul-dot\">\n<li><strong>DIAMOND League:<\/strong> Highly competitive teams.<\/li>\n<li><strong>PLATINUM League:<\/strong> Developing or new teams.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>5. Tournament Registration<\/h2>\n<p>Payment must be completed by APRIL 15, 2026 to secure participation.<\/p>\n<h2>6. Ejections<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"ul-dot\">\n<li>Ejected players are suspended for the next game.<\/li>\n<li>Repeated offenses result in tournament expulsion.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>7. Awards &amp; Souvenirs<\/h2>\n<ul class=\"ul-dot\">\n<li>Trophies, medals, certificates and IYBC 2026 T-shirts will be awarded.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>8.
